Route Description: Hwy 185 becomes Hwy 2 (TCH) at the New Brunswick border. We follow this road down the St. John River through Woolastook Wildlife Park into Fredericton. From there, we take Hwy 7 to Saint John, and then follow the Bay of Fundy using Hwys 825, 111, 114 and 915 through Fundy National Park and into Moncton. Then, Hwys 15 and 16 (TCH) take us along the Northumberland Strait to the base of the Confederation Bridge. We cross the bridge by shuttle bus (bikes are not permitted on the bridge) and we're in PEI!

Route Description: From the PEI end of the Confederation Bridge, we take Hwy 1 (TCH) along the Northumberland Strait to Charlottetown and then we take Hwy 2 to St. Peters. From there we ride along the Gulf of St. Lawrence using Hwy 16, and wrap around East Point to Mills. We then take Hwy 4 to Wood Island, and board the ferry to Caribou, Nova Scotia!

Route Description: From the ferry terminal, we take Hwy 106 (TCH) to Hwy 104 (TCH) to Cape Breton Island. From there we take Hwy 19 to the Cabot Trail, which wraps around Cape Breton Highlands National Park to Gut St. Ann's. Then it's Hwy 105 (TCH) to North Sydney, where we board the ferry across the Cabot Strait to Channel-Port-Aux-Basques, Newfoundland!
